Studio lot gets new office building as Hollywood glitz beguiles tenants

Landlord Hudson Pacific Properties, which owns three independent Hollywood movie studios, will build an office building at its Sunset Las Palmas Studios to rent to production companies and others who want to work on the historic lot where stars have made entertainment for almost a century.
