Sony Pictures is seeking a partner to grow its Crackle streaming service, after years of lagging online video rivals

Sony Pictures has hired investment bank Moelis & Co. to explore potential deals with Crackle, which will probably involve selling a stake in the service, according to two people familiar with the matter who were not authorized to comment.
