AT&T: Blocking, Slowing Appear Allowable Under Title II | Multichannel

A new AT&T blog post suggests the federal judges who upheld the FCC’s Title II classification of ISPs last year have signaled that even under those rules, ISPs could block content or slow certain traffic, as long as they created a "walled garden" with clear signage informing users about it.The post was written by Hank Hultquist, VP, federal regulatory, for AT&T, which strongly opposes Title II.
