Obama to Give Sunday Night Oval Office Address in Wake of California Shootings

President Barack Obama will deliver a prime-time address to the nation that networks will broadcast live Sunday at 8 p.m. ET. The announcement comes after the mass shootings in San Bernardino on Dec. 2 that left 14 people dead and more than a dozen wounded.
