Netflix parting with high-profile films as deal with Epix lapses

Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) braced its subscribers for the loss of some hit movies with a blog post saying it’s letting its agreement with cable network Epix lapse in September. The move will drop films including The Hunger Games:
